Getting Started in the Sea Cadets

Completion of the forms below will start the enrollment process in our program.  You can obtain a packet with all of the forms by contacting LCDR Cliff Borgstedt. You can print them from the links here but the 2 page forms must be printed or copied back to back.

The application form (001) and enrollment form (007) plus the enrollment fee of $150 entitle the cadet to be issued uniforms. You don't have to wait on the medical exam to be issued uniforms. The enrollment fee of $150 covers all local and national fees and insurance and includes the uniforms.

The cadet is responsible for any needed alterations, sewing of uniform patches/flashes and ordering of a set of name tapes. The name tapes can be ordered from http://www.1800nametape.com/usnscc.htm Order the new recruit package plus a black plastic name plate with last name only. All names should be last name only.
